Are you a passionate leader ready to make a real difference? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Person in Charge (PIC) to lead high-quality residential services supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading the day-to-day operations of residential services in line with HIQA standards and the Health Act 2007

Driving the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care

Ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and organisational requirements ✔️

Inspiring, supporting, and developing staff teams to thrive 🌱

Building strong relationships with families, multidisciplinary teams, and key stakeholders

Championing best practice in care planning, risk management, and continuous improvement 🚀

Requirements

Nursing Degree with NMBI registration (or eligibility) OR a Level 8 Degree in Social Care

At least 3 years’ management experience in health or social care

A recognised management qualification (minimum Level 6 NFQ)

Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, person-centred planning, and clinical governance

Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities

Full eligibility to work in Ireland
