Person in Charge

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Person in Charge on behalf of a new Disability Service for adults aged 18+ based in Tubercurry, Sligo.

The successful candidate will have 8 staff members reporting into them.

This is a full time permanent contract working 40 hours per week.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in health or social care management (minimum NFQ Level 7 or equivalent)
• An appropriate management qualification – Essential
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care
• Demonstrable knowledge of HIQA Regulations, National Standards and inspection processes
• Proven experience of managing staff teams and service delivery
• 3 years’ experience of working with people in a residential setting or community based social care service is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Excellent ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
