Person in Charge (PIC) – Residential Services📍 Tipperary Town

Cpl Healthcare is seeking an experienced and motivated Person in Charge (PIC) to oversee Residential and Respite Services for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities.

This is a meaningful leadership role where you’ll guide teams, shape high‑quality supports, and empower individuals to live with independence, dignity, and connection. You’ll play a key part in ensuring services run smoothly across residential, respite, and day programmes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the daily operations of Designated Centres, ensuring full compliance with HIQA standards and the Health Act 2007
• Drive the delivery of safe, person‑centred, and continuously improving services
• Ensure all regulatory, legal, and organisational requirements are met
• Support, mentor, and develop staff, fostering a positive and respectful team culture
• Work collaboratively with the Integrated Services Manager and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes for service users

What You’ll Bring

• A QQI Level 8 Honours Degree in Social Care, Nursing, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in intellectual disability services
• At least 3 years’ experience in a leadership or management role within healthcare
• Strong working knowledge of HIQA standards and relevant legislation
• Full, clean Irish driving licence
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
