Clinical Nurse Facilitator ICU (CNM2 Grade)
Location: Cork, Munster, Ireland
Our client, an established hospital in Cork, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Facilitator / Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2) to join their Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team.
The Role
Leadership: Demonstrate strong managerial and leadership skills across ICU.
️ Communication: Facilitate clear, effective communication with hospital colleagues.
Strategy: Drive service development and implement continuous quality improvements.
Change Management: Manage organisational changes to meet hospital objectives.
Essential Requirements
⏳ Experience: 5+ years of post-registration acute hospital nursing.
Specialism: 3+ years of specific Intensive Care (ICU) nursing experience.
Management: 3+ years of ICU management experience.
❤️ Certification: Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or actively pursuing it.
⭐ Skills: Exceptional leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Tech: Proficient computer literacy. Care: Proven commitment to high-standard patient care.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently or collaborate within a team.
Desirable Criteria
Education: Third-level Health Care Management qualification.
Qualifications: Higher Diploma / Post-Grad course in Intensive Care nursing (or pursuing).
