National Director, Disabilities – Access & Integration,
A unique executive leadership opportunity has arisen for a National Director of Disabilities within our clients Access & Integration (A&I) function.
This is a critical national leadership role, with responsibility for shaping and leading the strategic direction of disability services across Ireland. You will play a central role in driving system-wide reform, enhancing service access, improving outcomes, ensure compliance with regulatory, governance and performance frameworks, build strong relationships across key stakeholder groups and act as a national spokesperson and advocate for disability services.
Essential Experience:
- Senior executive leadership experience in health, social care or a comparable complex environment.
- Proven track record of:
- Leading large-scale transformation and reform
- Delivering strategic and operational change
- Working across complex, multi-stakeholder systems
- Experience working with executive teams, boards and government stakeholders.
- Strong governance, risk management and strategic planning expertise.
Desirable
- Proven track record of working within disability services with experience of the operational, regulatory and strategic disability environment.
Applicants will be required to demonstrate key competencies including:
- A well-developed knowledge of the key challenges and issues across disabilities and the wider health system.
- Strategic thinking and systems leadership.
- Ability to drive large-scale organisational change.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making and performance management capability.
- Commitment to improving outcomes for people with disabilities.

This permanent role is Dublin based with potential for hybrid working.

Salary range
