Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications for the role of Regional Director.Geographically located in the South East, this role is with an established national organisation which provides residential, respite, outreach and day services to both children and adults with medium to profound disabilities including those with life limiting conditions. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team including social care workers, nurses and healthcare assistants who are supported by a range of other professionals including psychologists, behavioural therapists, occupational therapists and speech and language therapists. This senior management role will be focused on continuous quality improvement initiatives, setting specific quality benchmarks, implementing best practices, and regularly reviewing service outcomes to enhance satisfaction of the service users, whilst ensuring that all services provide the highest-quality care and best outcomes for all. To be considered for the role, the following criteria will apply: <ul><li>Have a social care, healthcare or equivalent primary degree to honours level that meets the criteria to be registered as a Social Care Worker with CORU. </li><li>Have a minimum of four years’ experience at senior management level and ideally have an additional management or business qualification. This experience will ideally be at a regional level and include a proven track record of managing teams of staff. &nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrable extensive experience in the disability sector, including residential care, which may be in the public, voluntary, or private sector. </li><li>Experience in service set-up and communication with HSE CHO personnel highly desirable. </li><li>Demonstrable evidence of being strategic, proactive, independent and competent in combining the challenges of day-to-day service provision. </li><li>Will have experience of working with HIQA and evidence of building positive working relationships and stakeholders. </li><li>Will hold a full manual driving licence with full eligibility to drive in Ireland. </li><li>Full eligibility and availability to work in Ireland without restriction. </li></ul>Please contact Catherine Hoban for further details: T: +353 21 4626138E: <a href="mailto:catherine.hoban@cplhealthcare.com" target="_blank">catherine.hoban@cplhealthcare.com</a> &nbsp;
