Deputy Social Care Manager - Cavan

CPL Healthcare is delighted to announce we are now hiring for Deputy Managers on behalf of our client who provides residential care to young people in Ballinagh and Arvagh in Co Cavan.

Our client is seeking experienced Deputy Managers to help lead a residential children’s home in these areas. In this role, you will support the Manager, inspire a Social Care team, and help create a safe, supportive environment where young people can thrive.

What you’ll do:

- Support the day-to-day running of the service

- Lead and motivate a dedicated Social Care team

- Ensure high-quality, child-centred care and positive outcomes

- Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture

What you’ll need:

- Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care (or related)

- CORU registration (or in progress)

- 3+ years’ experience in residential childcare

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Full clean Irish driving licence
