Deputy Manager, U12's Carlow

CPL Healthcare are delighted to partner with our client in the recruitment of a Deputy Manager for a new children’s residential service supporting children under 12 years of age, in Carlow.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced social care professional to join a growing organisation dedicated to delivering safe, therapeutic, and child-centred residential care. The successful candidate will work closely with the Person in Charge to support the daily management of the service, ensure high standards of care, and provide leadership and support to the staff team.

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working within children’s residential services
• Previous leadership or senior experience desirable
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, safeguarding, and child-centred practice
• Full clean driver’s licence
• Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
