Consultant Cardiologist – Electrophysiology

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Consultant Cardiologist specialising in Electrophysiology to join a leading private hospital in Galway, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist assessment, diagnosis and management of cardiac arrhythmias and electrophysiological disorders.

• Perform electrophysiology studies, catheter ablation procedures and cardiac device implantation and management, as appropriate to the role.

• Deliver high-quality patient care through outpatient consultations and interventional procedures.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.

Requirements:

• Specialist Registration in Cardiology with the Irish Medical Council (IMC), or eligibility for same.

• Subspecialty training and experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology.

• Proven expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of complex cardiac arrhythmias.

• Excellent clinical, communication and interpersonal skills.
