CNM3 Out of Hours - Private Hospital

The CNM III Out of Hours provides professional and clinical leadership outside core hours, with responsibility for site management, staffing, resources, and communication across healthcare teams, including night rotation. The role also oversees the quality and delivery of nursing care, supports policy and service development, and provides cover for the ADON while promoting high standards of clinical practice

💡Applicants must be a NMBI registered Nurse, with min. 7 years post reg experience in an acute hospital setting, 2 of which to be at CNM2 grade. Applicants must also hold a recognised post reg course, or be willing to undertake same
