Our client an established Hospital in Dublin wishes to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager for their Oncology Haematology Ward. This is a CNM3 Grade.


* Have at least six years recent relevant post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting
* Have a minimum of 2years experience at CNM2 level
* Completed a Management Course or happy to complete when in the role
* Oncology Qualification
* Must be registered with the NMBI & have full work permits
* Must be working in a Hospital at the moment here in Ireland or similar
* Communication skills
* Organisational & interpersonal skills
* Up to date knowledge in clinical practice for general medicine and surgery
* Management qualification or willing to undertake same
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Leadership and management skills
* Good IT skills
* Project Management
* Quality & Risk Management
