Clinical Nurse Specialist - Mental Health

CPL Healthcare is partnering up with a leading non-profit organisation recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Mental Health to join their team in Sligo/Leitrim.

This rewarding role involves supporting individuals who have experienced long-term homelessness, complex trauma, and mental health challenges. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver person-centred assessments, develop care plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and support service users in maintaining tenancies and integrating into their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualised care plans
• Provide specialist mental health support in service users' homes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external services
• Advocate for service users and facilitate access to appropriate supports
• Provide clinical guidance and mental health expertise to the Housing First team

Requirements:

• Registered Psychiatric Nurse with active NMBI registration
• Minimum 1 year experience in mental health services and community-based care
• Strong assessment, case management, and communication skills
• Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
