Location: Cork, Ireland

Role Overview
Our client, a highly regarded hospital in Cork, is seeking an experienced and leadership-driven Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM2) to oversee their busy Surgical Ward.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
⏳ Experience: Minimum 5 years of recent post-registration acute hospital nursing.
Leadership: At least 2 years of proven experience at the CNM1 level. Status: Currently working in an Irish hospital (or a highly similar setting).
Registration: Active registration with the NMBI and full valid Irish work permits.
Education: Management qualification completed, or a strong willingness to pursue one.
️ Core Skills & Competencies Clinical Expertise: Up-to-date knowledge in general medicine and surgical care pathways.
️ Communication: Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
️ Management: Strong project management, risk assessment, and clinical quality control skills.
Technology: Solid proficiency in hospital IT systems and digital documentation.
Teamwork: Exceptional organizational, coordination, and team-building strengths.
