Nursing Site Manager (CNM3 Grade)An established hospital in Dublin is recruiting a permanent, full-time Nursing Site Manager (Clinical Nurse Manager 3). This critical leadership role supports senior management to ensure top-tier clinical operations and seamless patient flow.
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance: Deliver exceptional nursing services aligned with professional standards.
Collaboration: Work with the Director of Nursing and Senior Management to lead teams.
Consultant Liaison: Coordinate directly with Consultants to optimize patient care.
Patient Flow: Manage all patient movements and department transfers efficiently.
⚙️ Job Requirements
Hospital Experience: Minimum 5 years of recent acute hospital nursing experience.
⛔ Note: Candidates with only nursing home experience will not be considered.
Registration: Must hold active registration with the NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland).
Certifications: Up-to-date ACLS certificate (or a willingness to complete one).
Education: Healthcare management qualification is highly desirable (Third level / NFQ Level 9).
Leadership: Proven management experience with top-tier leadership and organizational skills.
️ Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Tech Savvy: Strong foundational computer literacy skills.
