What You'll Need:

✅ NMBI Registration: Active registration (General Division).
✅ Experience: 5+ years of post-registration experience in an acute hospital.
✅ Clinical Skills: Proven professional and clinical expertise.
✅ Leadership: Strong communication and organizational abilities.
✅ Persona: Proactive, approachable, and a true team player.
(Management experience is a plus, but not essential!)
