Position overview
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and support our nursing teams in the delivery of exceptional home-based care. This is a predominately Monday-Friday role, with flexibility required to meet service needs.

This position will support clients across Dublin, Kildare, and surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and clinical supervision to nursing staff, championing a high morale amongst the team.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Maintain high-quality care standards through regular assessments and feedback.
  • Respond proactively to evolving service demands and challenges.
  • Assist in recruitment of staff in your area by networking, word of mouth and identifying key talen


Requirements

  • BSC in Children's Nursing; RGNs with significant Paediatric experience may also be considered.
  • 2-4 years Clinical Management experience.
  • Community and paediatrics experience essential along with NMBI registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Post-registration qualification in healthcare management or business would be a distinct advantage.
