An established, reputable hospital in Cork is seeking a dedicated Clinical Services Manager (CNM3 Grade) to join their clinical team. This senior leadership role offers an exceptional path to advance your nursing management career within an acute healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the Senior Nursing team to support staff and deliver evidence-based patient care.
Strategic Deputising: Act on behalf of the Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) during absences.
Empowerment: Cultivate a transparent environment where individual staff roles and responsibilities are clearly understood.
Strategy Driving: Influence staff commitment to continuously develop the hospital's overarching Nursing Strategy.
Essential Requirements Nursing Licence: Registered General Nurse holding an active, live registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Education & Track Record: Possession of a formal management qualification combined with proven experience in acute care.
⏳ Clinical Experience: Minimum of 5 years of post-registration clinical experience.
People Management: Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in a staff leadership or people management role.
Core Competencies: Clear dedication to patient safety, alongside strong change management and commercial awareness skills.
⚡ Personal Attributes: Exceptional communicator, skilled multitasker, highly organised, and approachable.
