Your Key Responsibilities'
Lead & Inspire: Provide clinical and professional leadership to the nursing and care team.
Quality Excellence: Support the Director of Nursing in ensuring full compliance with HIQA standards.
Resident Focus: Ensure high-quality, person-centered care that respects the dignity and autonomy of every resident.
Clinical Oversight: Oversee medication management, documentation, and the implementation of evidence-based care plans.
Staff Development: Mentor staff and assist in continuous professional training and education.
✅ Requirements:
NMBI Registration: Must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) on the live NMBI register.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years post-graduate experience, ideally in a senior or leadership capacity within a nursing home.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and a passion for geriatric care.
Skills: Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving abilities.
