Cpl Healthcare is currently working with a leading nursing home group to recruit a CNM2 (Clinical Nurse Manager 2) for one of their facilities Co. Galway.

Role Overview

As CNM2, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the nursing home. You will support and guide nursing staff, ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care, maintain compliance with HIQA standards, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the service.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (active registration essential)
• Relevant nursing degree (Level 7/8)
• Postgraduate qualification in management
• Minimum 3–5 years post-registration nursing experience
• Experience working in older persons care / nursing home setting
• Previous management or supervisory experience (e.g. CNM1 or acting CNM)
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage clinical operations
