On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Senior Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to join a well-established nursing home group in County Tipperary.

The Role

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the effective running of the nursing home, working closely with senior management to maintain high standards of clinical care and service delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the day-to-day management of clinical services and ensuring the smooth running of the facility.

• Providing leadership, guidance and support to nursing and care teams, while encouraging professional growth and development.

• Assisting with staff coordination, workforce planning and the effective management of rosters.

• Promoting a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement in line with relevant regulatory requirements.

• Supporting quality assurance processes, inspections and internal audits.

• Championing a person-centred approach to care, ensuring residents' dignity, rights and wellbeing remain central to all decisions.

• Deputising for the Person in Charge (PIC) when required.

About You

• Registered Nurse with an active NMBI registration.

• Previous experience in a clinical leadership or management position, ideally within an older persons' care setting.

• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.

• A proactive and supportive approach to team development and service improvement.

• A genuine commitment to delivering safe, compassionate and high-quality care.
