Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership across community and residential services
• Support and mentor Clinical Nurse Managers and multidisciplinary teams
• Drive quality improvement, governance and regulatory compliance
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment and staff development initiatives
• Promote a culture of person-centred care, innovation and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver outstanding service outcomes

Essential Requirements

• Active Nursing registration
• Significant nursing leadership experience within community, residential, disability or older persons services
• Proven experience managing teams and driving service excellence
• Strong communication, organisational and people management skills
• Excellent understanding of clinical governance, quality standards and regulatory compliance
• Full driving licence desirable for some community-based roles
