TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Director of Nursing and an Assistant Director of Nursing on behalf of a new 30+ bedded Nursing Home based in West Kerry.

This is an exciting new opportunity for any Senior Nurse Manager offering lots of autonomy and a fresh start.

Accommodation is also provided for the successful candidate.

Requirements for Director of Nursing:

• Full registration with The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
• At least six years post-registration experience – with at least three years of these being in elder care
• Experience in a management capacity in health and social care
• Hold a post-registration management qualification in health or a related field or be prepared to have one completed by 2028
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills
• Experience in dealing with HIQA and other Inter connected HSE bodies.

Salary range for DON: €65k to €75k per annum

Requirements for Assistant Director of Nursing:

Full NMBI registration

Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience, 3 of which must be in a care of the elderly setting

Post grad qualification in dementia or gerontology highly desirable

Leadership and management course level 6 minimum

Salary range for ADON: €50k to €55k per annum
