Your work will span various settings, including clinics, schools, homes, and the community.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Plan and manage a caseload, providing assessments and interventions in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to staff grade social workers and students.&nbsp;</li><li>Take a lead role in service planning, innovation, and development within the social work discipline.&nbsp;</li><li>Delegate tasks appropriately and support the professional development of junior staff members.&nbsp;</li><li>Work collaboratively with families and other agencies, including TUSLA and CAMHS, to ensure integrated care.&nbsp;</li><li>Represent the social work discipline at internal and external meetings.&nbsp;</li><li>Act as a mandated person under the Children First National Guidelines, upholding the highest standards of professional and ethical practice.&nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience&nbsp;Essential Criteria:&nbsp;<ul><li>Must be registered in the Social Work Register maintained by the Social Work Registration Board at CORU.&nbsp;</li></ul>AND&nbsp;<ul><li>Maintain live annual registration on the Social Workers Register maintained by the Social Workers Registration Board at CORU.&nbsp;</li></ul>AND&nbsp;<ul><li>Must have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability, professional and managerial ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.&nbsp;</li></ul>AND&nbsp;<ul><li>Have three years relevant post qualification experience.&nbsp;</li><li>On appointment practitioners must maintain annual registration on the Social Workers Register maintained by the Social Workers Registration Board at CORU.&nbsp;</li></ul>AND&nbsp;<ul><li>Practitioners must confirm annual registration with CORU to Enable Ireland.&nbsp;</li></ul>Desirable Criteria:&nbsp;<ul><li>Experience working with children and their families.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working with children with disabilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in providing training.&nbsp;</li><li>Previous management experience.&nbsp;</li><li>3 years’ experience in a senior or other management role.&nbsp;</li></ul>What’s on Offer&nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive Salary: A salary scale of €66,493 - €78,233 (pro rata), with planned increases in 2025.&nbsp;</li><li>Generous Annual Leave: 34 days annual leave (pro rata), with additional days for long service recognition.&nbsp;</li><li>Pension Scheme: Access to a contributory pension scheme, including income continuance and death-in-service</li></ul>
