Cpl Healthcare is excited to announce we have partnered up with&nbsp;a client who provides day, residential and respite community-based services using a person centres approach to meet the needs of children and adults with intellectual disabilities.We are currently accepting CVs from experienced Social Care Professionals who wish to work as a&nbsp;Team Leader&nbsp;in a Children’s Respite Services in&nbsp;Sligo.This role has 5 vacancies of 28 hours and 30 hours contracts.The ideal candidate will have:<ul><li>Minimum Level 7 degree in Social Care or Health Sector e.g. Social Care qualification and current registration or eligibility to register with CORU</li><li>Experience in the provision of community and service based programmes and activities to promote independence and meet the needs, choices and abilities of clients.</li><li>Experience of facilitation, implementation and review of Support/Care Plans.</li><li>&nbsp;Experience of managing and maintaining a focus on Health, Safety, Hygiene and good housekeeping guidelines in a service setting and ensuring best practice.</li><li>Experience of management and supervising both individuals and teams</li><li>Experience in design and development of staff rotas to include both day evening and sleep in/waking night shifts</li><li>Experience of working within a HIQA registered service.</li><li>A&nbsp;full clean driving license with access to own transport.</li><li>Practical working knowledge and experience of working within the 2007 Health Act and subsequent HIQA regulations and Standards is highly desirable.</li><li>Functional Knowledge of New Directions Interim Standards.</li></ul>If you are interested in this exciting new opportunity role, please send your CV / reach out to&nbsp;Tracy Brady for more details.Email:&nbsp;<a href="mailto:Tracy.Brady@cplhealthcare.com" target="_blank">Tracy.Brady@cplhealthcare.com</a>Phone: 021 466 5495
