<li>Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMBI registration</li><li>Experience in elderly care or nursing home settings is desirable but not essential</li><li>Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a busy care environment and collaborate with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams</li><li>Eligibility to work in Ireland</li></ul>
Your Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Deliver safe, person-centered nursing care to residents, including administering medications and monitoring health</li><li>Support residents with daily activities and promote independence wherever possible</li><li>Respond promptly to changes in residents’ health and escalate concerns appropriately</li><li>Work closely with care assistants, doctors, and allied health professionals to ensure residents’ wellbeing</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with facility policies and regulatory requirements</li><li>Uphold infection prevention, clinical safety, and best practice standards at all times</li></ul>
