Registered Psychiatric Nurse
Cpl Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for experienced Registered Psychiatric Nurses to join an established approved mental health centre in South Dublin.
Our client is a 130-bed inpatient mental health service delivering a comprehensive range of neuropsychiatric services to adults with complex and enduring mental health conditions, including Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and Huntington’s diseases, as well as early-onset dementia, schizophrenia and mood disorders. The service is committed to fostering a therapeutic environment through recovery-oriented, evidence-based clinical practices and interventions, supporting individuals to achieve their highest possible level of functioning and quality of life.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the successful candidate will join a well-established multidisciplinary team (MDT). The role involves providing a broad range of physical health monitoring and treatment services to residents, participating in emergency management where required and contributing to the delivery of training and education in general health monitoring.
Candidate Requirements:
- Registered Psychiatric Nurse on the live NMBI register
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-registration nursing experience
- Experience in adult mental health services
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary range
- €45,000 per year
