Agency CNM required for a temporary contract in Residential Services - Castlepollard, Westmeath

Requirements:

• Previous managerial / CNM experience preferred but open to Staff Nurses looking to take on this opportunity and challenge
• RNID preferred but can also accept RGN/RPNs depending on experience
• Must be registered with NMBI
• Must be living and eligible to work in Ireland

Details of Role:

• Temporary Contract (6 - 8 months)
• 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday and every second Sunday
• Be responsible for leading and managing a nursing and HCA team, ensuring quality of care and support for individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Be responsible for clinical practice, staff development, and managing resources to deliver a person-cantered approach to care
• Be responsible for coordinating and managing the care planning process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and review of care plans for individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Be responsible for managing documentation such as Staff Rosters
