Psychologist – Children’s Disability Services Cpl Healthcare is currently recruiting passionate and experienced Psychologists to join our dedicated team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people facing complex emotional, behavioural, and mental health challenges.<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Deliver comprehensive psychological assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to design and implement tailored care plans.</li><li>Offer consultation, clinical supervision, and support to team members and trainee psychologists.</li><li>Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with service protocols.</li><li>Contribute to service development, policy implementation, and ongoing quality improvement.</li><li>Stay current with the latest research and best practices in child and adolescent psychology.</li><li>Develop and deliver training and psychoeducational programmes for families and professionals.</li><li>Uphold the ethical standards of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) and other regulatory bodies.</li></ul><h3>Essential Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Postgraduate qualification in Clinical or Educational or Counselling Psychology (must be validated by the Dept of Health in Ireland).</li><li>Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in a clinical setting.</li><li>Eligible for registration with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).</li><li>Strong assessment and therapeutic skills across a variety of clinical presentations.</li><li>Experience supporting children and adolescents with complex mental health needs.</li><li>Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.</li><li>Training in specific therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, systemic therapy).</li><li>Experience delivering training or psychoeducation to families or professionals</li></ul>Job Offer:<ul><li>Full, time permanent opportunity</li><li>Generous salary based on experience (based off HSE Payscales)</li><li>Visa sponsorship for eligible international candidates</li><li>Relocation package for eligible international candidates</li></ul>Interested?If you are passionate about providing high-quality psychology services to children and young people with complex disabilities, and meet the requirements outlined above, we would love to hear from you.Contact Zoe Lawlor today:Email:&nbsp;<a href="mailto:zoe.lawlor@cplhealthcare.com" target="_blank">zoe.lawlor@cplhealthcare.com</a>Call : +353 1 947 6238
