We work in partnership with public and private hospitals, residential services, semi-acute facilities, paediatric homecare providers, and GP practices nationwide.On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting a Locum Practice Nurse (3 days per week) for a well-established GP practice in County Tipperary. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive primary care team, delivering high-quality care in a community setting.Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Provide high-standard nursing care in a general practice environment</li><li>Perform phlebotomy, vaccinations, wound care, and chronic disease management</li><li>Assist with ECGs, cervical screening, and other routine procedures</li><li>Work closely with GPs in delivering patient-centred care</li><li>Promote health education and preventative care initiatives</li></ul>
Candidate Requirements:<ul>
<li>Registered with the NMBI as a General Nurse</li><li>Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as a practice nurse (essential)</li><li>Skilled in phlebotomy, immunisations, wound care, chronic disease management, ECGs, and ear syringing</li><li>Strong communication and organisational skills</li><li>Must hold a valid work visa (Stamp 4 or Stamp 1G) or be an EU/EEA citizen</li></ul>
