Cpl Healthcare are seeking three Agency Community Nurses for Social Inclusion in Dublin North and East

Role Requirements:

• Active registration with NMBI
• At least one year post registration experience ideally in community setting
• Flexibility and access to transport to navigate all working sites required to fulfil post within the Dublin North area and the IPO Mount Street and across the IHA Dublin North and East
• Keen interest in working with marginalised populations

Details of Role:

The Nurses will be required to work as part of the Migrant Health Community Inreach team with flexibility as service needs require to work as a member of the Homeless Service Community Nursing team

Initial assignments will include but is not limited to;

• Health screening various accommodation sites across IHA Dublin North and East and the IPO for Intercultural health/ Homeless services
• Phlebotomy
• BBV screening across the IHA
• Case management and complex case management (intercultural health/homeless services)
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and take active participation as required in case conferences (intercultural health/homeless services)
• Health assessments and referrals to community services, primary care services and Section 39 services as required (intercultural health/homeless services)
• Key link and client advocate to GP services
