Key Responsibilities: <ul>
<li>Promote independent living skills, personal care, and community participation</li><li>Support children in accessing education, recreation, and social opportunities</li><li>Work collaboratively with families to identify goals and develop care plans</li><li>Provide parental guidance and emotional support</li><li>Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings with therapists, psychologists, and nurses</li><li>Promote child protection and welfare in line with Tusla and HSE guidelines</li><li>Maintain accurate records of interventions and progress</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul>
<li>Minimum level 7 or 8 degree in social care</li><li>CORU Registration</li><li>Full driver's license and access to own car is required</li><li>Be a resident in Ireland and hold one of the following: EU passport or GNIB card with Stamp 1G, Stamp 2, Stamp 4, Stamp 4D, Stamp 5, or 4 EUFam. </li><li>Willing to undergo Garda Vetting.&nbsp;</li><li>International Police Clearance required (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).</li></ul>
