CPL Healthcare in partnership with our client are currently seeking Nurses Managers for Nursing Homes across Ireland.

We are currently seeking CNMs, ADONs and DONs Nationwide

As a Nurse Manager, the successful candidate will:

• Be responsible for the delivery of person centred resident care that exceeds the required HIQA standards and legislative requirements
• Lead and manage a team
• Monitor clinical practice through audits and action results of same
• Organise and coordinate admission, nursing and resident care procedures

Applicant requirements:

• NMBI Registration(full registration, no adaptation/aptitude available)
• Minimum 3 years experience in a Care of the Elderly setting
• Management experience desirable
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, their families, staff and all external bodies
• Excellent Clinical Skills
• Willingness to learn
