What You Bring to the Team:

<li>Third-Level Degree in Nursing (Essential)</li>

<li>Registered with An Bord Altranais (NMBI) with an active PIN (Essential)</li>

<li>Post-registration qualification in healthcare management or equivalent (Essential)</li>

<li>Valid certificates in Infection Control, Manual &amp; Resident Moving &amp; Handling, Medication Management, CPR, Dementia Care, and Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults</li>

<li>Minimum 5 years of post-registration nursing experience (Essential)</li>

<li>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in elderly care within the last 6 years (Essential)</li>

<li>Minimum 3 years of management/supervisory experience in a healthcare setting within the last 6 years (Essential)</li>

<li>Strong ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and external healthcare providers</li>

<li>Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in resource planning and staff development</li>
