This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Nurse or Social Care Worker who is seeking a predictable schedule and better work-life balance.Unlike traditional nursing roles with 12-hour shifts, days, nights, this position offers Monday-Friday, 9-5 hours with no night shifts. You will need to be flexible to work out-side these hours from time to time to support carers and clients.You will still be making a real difference, supporting carers and ensuring quality community care across the North East Region.The Practice/Care Supervisor plays a vital role in overseeing care delivery, supporting field staff, and ensuring client satisfaction.
