The South Bristol Assessment and Recovery team is looking for a Band 5 Recovery practitioner to join our friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team.

Applications are invited from suitably experienced practitioners for this full time substantive position. Applicants must have RMN/Social Work or Occupational Therapy professional qualification.
As a care coordinator , this post will focus on high quality assessment and delivery of focused recovery based interventions. You will carry a caseload and be required contribute towards the assessment, planning, implementation and review of care.
The service aims to offer high quality mental health services that are focused and responsive to those with complex mental health needs. Self-management and recovery will be promoted and the service will be part of a stepped-care model, working closely with primary care and other health and social care agencies.
You can expect to receive excellent supervision and there will be opportunities for career development and training in order to support you in this role.
