Evergreen is part of the UCLH Elderly Medicine Department and is based at St. Pancras Hospital. It is an established, 17 bedded unit specialising in caring for older people with complex health and care needs once they have stepped down from the acute care setting. The focus is on maximising patients’ potential and supporting them with the transition back into the community
