Are you an experienced Home Manager in the Derbyshire area looking for an exciting new opportunity? If so, I have the perfect role for you.

I am working with a small but well respected care provider who offer nursing care to older people / Dementia. This is a small care home which provides care for older people in a nursing home environment. Would suit RGN qualified nurse manager or non-nurse with experience within a residential care home for older people.
As the Registered Manager you will ensure that compliance is maintained whilst marketing the home effectively. You will drive the business forward within the financial targets and uphold the company vision and strategy as well as effectively communicating with the operational team.

To be considered for this exciting position you will have come from a registered manager's position with a care home provider, as well as a nursing qualification or experience at management level within a residential care home for older people. Using your extensive knowledge of cost setting, quality monitoring and working to financial targets you will be pivotal in implementing and driving forward the company's future plans.
