We are seeking Nurses and ODPs, who are passionate about what they do, to work as part of the theatre teams. There are vacancies for both RGN and RODPs who will work alongside a highly skilled consultant team in anaesthetic, recovery or scrub positions.
The operating suite comprises of four theatres. The department is very well equipped and covers a range of procedures across all specialities apart from Neuro, Cardiac and major Paediatrics. The range of procedures carried out, some of which are at the cutting edge of surgical practice, often require high levels of skills from our flexible and knowledgeable staff.
As the only hospital on the Island all of our team are required to be able to deal with any procedure that patients may require in an emergency, so flexibility and multi-skilling is crucial.
- Registered Nurse (RGN or ROPD)

- *Regrettably, there is no visa sponsorship offered for these positions. Therefore, applicants must be automatically elibagle for NMC registration.
- If in anaesthetic role: must have relevant anaesthetic qualification.
- Willingness to undertake diploma level studies such as mentorship.
- Evidence of effective communication within the multidisciplinary team
Successful applicants will be invited to Guernsey to attend an expenses paid panel interview.
We offer a competitive salary and you will be entitled to an annual bonus of £1,167.
Successful candidates will be provided with a Long Term Employment Permit. This permit will allow you to become a permanent resident and will extend to any family members who reside with you.
We offer an attractive relocation package and, if you rent private accommodation, you will be entitled to a £5,000 lump sum, a rent allowance payable over 2 years and a house purchase grant where applicable.
As an alternative, we also offer single subsidised staff accommodation and a £500 lump sum to support your relocation.
