ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Registered Nurse, you will be empowered to reach your career goals while working with a team of experienced professionals in theirunique nursing homes.
They will support you in achieving your UK Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN whilst engaging with our colleagues to create a safe and positive environment for the residents in our care.
Your role as a Pre-Registered Nurse will be both exciting and challenging. Your responsibilities will range from developing tailor made care plans to providing medicine safely and delivering excellence across everything you do, with the supervision and support of clinical colleagues and mentors. You will learn how to lead and motivate your own team, work towards high nursing standards, and continuously promote dignity and independence for our residents. On completion of your NMC registration, our clear career pathway will enable you to develop your skills as a Registered Nurse and to plan for your professional future.
Our client will value and motivate employees, and looks for talented individuals with a real passion for care. You will be a qualified nurse holding a valid registration to practice in the role, and you will either have reached Test of Competence stage with your UK NMC online application or received an invitation letter to sit your OSCE in the UK (Evidence require on application). General experience in nursing is required, while experience in elderly care is desirable but not mandatory – What matters most are your positive attitude, person centred approach and desire to deliver quality care.
