Grade: - Band 5 £26,404 - £30,677 BAR £31,531 - £34,173 per annum

Are you passionate about enhancing the lives of autistic people? Our client are looking for a team leader to come and join their exciting new autism team in Guernsey.


  • This is a unique opportunity, to be an integral part of the development of an autism-specific, person centred approach within this brand new, purpose built facility.
  • Promoting a positive image of the adult disability service, you will support autistic people to live and thrive in their own homes, helping them to reach their full potential.
  • You will be responsible for the day to day management of a caseload of adults on the autism spectrum and staff team within the adult disability service. The support and care offered is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the team will work shifts and occasional sleep-in duties. Good autism knowledge, experience and expertise is required, alongside a person-centred autism specific approach.
  • You will need to be a registered health professional E.G Nurse, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist or Registered Behaviour Technician.

The Location

Guernsey is situated in the English Channel, between England and France.  Its climate is amongst the mildest and sunniest in the whole of the British Isles, being warmed by the adjacent Gulf Stream.
