We are working with a customer whose service offers residential and nursing care for adults with disabilities who have a range of complex needs and learning difficulties.


A position has arisen for a qualified nurse who is committed to person-centred care. The clinical aspects of your role will include but not be limited to: medication administration, wound care, catheter care, gastrostomy and tracheotomy care, bowel care and other procedures that would ensure the health and well-being of the service users.


 As a named nurse for some of our residents you’ll be putting together care plans and risk assessments and liaising with the multi-disciplinary team from the health authority who support that individual.

 

Essential Requirements

RGN or RNLD

Valid NMC Pin

Clinical Experience in a similar environment

Excellent communication skills

 
Competitive salary £17.50 per hour – RGN or RNLD - Cardiff -  7 Weeks Holiday
