Deputy Nursing Home Manager
Residential & Nursing Care
Blythe, Northumberland
Salary £36,000 - £38,000
My customer has an exciting opportunity for a deputy nurse manager to support the registered manager in the running of this medium sized nursing home for older people in Blyth
Responsibilities:
Assume full responsibility for the day to day running of the home in the absence of the Registered Manager
Manage a team or nurses, care workers, ancillary staff etc. ensuring best practice is carried out
Review the care needs of residents in accordance with best practice standards and contractual requirements
Ensure the service provided meets the CQC quality compliance and other regulatory standards
Monitor and ensure that the health and safety and infection control standards in relation to the premises and equipment are maintained
Essential Requirements
Nursing Qualification RGN / RMN with valid PIN
Experience at Deputy level or working as senior looking for that next step
Previously worked within a Nursing Home for Older People / Dementia
