On behalf of Resilience Care, TTM Healthcare are recruiting a leader for a NEW Clinical Nurse Manager III/ Person In Charge position to join the Resilience Care World Class Team. This exciting NEW opportunity is happening in October 2019 and they want YOU to be part of their team!
NEW Specialised Service - Coming Soon!
Established in 2011, they are part of the TTM Group, an Irish-owned healthcare company founded in 2002. Resilience Care provide outreach and residential programmes and supports to people with disabilities supporting those who may present with behaviours that challenge.
This specialised 6 bedded facility has been designed and developed to specifically support people with Prader Willi Syndrome. This exciting NEW service will bring individualised living spaces, with communal areas such a gym, multiple sitting rooms, leisure areas and a modern dining room. The service will also also provide dining areas that will provide food security, storage security and meet the unique needs of each person with PWS.
Clinical Nurse Manager III/ (PIC)
The Clinical Nurse Manager/ Person In Charge will be responsible for the management of staffing and daily runnings of the specialised service. The role of Clinical Nurse Manager III (PIC) is pivotal to the co-ordination and management of the service and resources within the residential service and across Resilience Care. The CNM III shows a capacity to adopt a leadership stance, make an impact, influences and energises others within Resilience Care.
Competitive Salary €50.000 - €55,000 (DOE)

Clinical Nurse Manager III / (PIC) Criteria:
Registered of Nurses & Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann).
Have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role.
Have an appropriate further qualification in Health or Social Care management.
Have experience working with people with disabilities and their families.
Knowledge of government and national HSE policy as it relates to this role
Knowledge of best practice in Services for people with Prader Willi Syndrome
Knowledge of Social Care service provision.
Knowledge of Children First, FOI, GDPR, Disability Act and other legislation relevant to this role.
Knowledge of HIQA and other standards as relevant to this role
