Office Based Role
Our client an established Organisation in Dublin City Centre, Dublin 1 Area is currently recruiting a Staff Nurse to join their team. This is an office based role, ideal candidate is someone who is 2 years qualified as a registered Nurse with NMBI.
* This is a full-time role, 5 days per week. Hours 8am -4.30pm
* Full driving licence
* Confident in Phlebotomy.
The overall aim of the role would be to provide a professional, confidential, proactive and objective occupational health advice. Your main duties could include:
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Perform pre-employment medicals, Health screening and Health Surveillance.
* Order and maintain supplies and equipment for clinical areas and consulting rooms consistent with the needs of the clinic
* Advise employees on general health issues
* Administer vaccinations as directed
* Take blood and urine samples, other specimens and swabs and perform other tests such as audiometry, ECG, vision testing, drug screening, lung function testing as may be required
* Ensure that equipment is calibrated and medical supplies are ordered as necessary.
* Giving health education and advice advising on health and safety issues.
* Maintaining and analysing employee health records
* You may be required to take blood samples for testing and administer vaccinations.
* Registered Nurse with NMBI
* Fluent English
* Proven Registered General Nursing experience and have at least a minimum of 2 years' post registration experience
* Ideally experience of practice nursing and ideally in Occupational Health environment.
