Our client a Hospital in North Dublin is currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager, Theatre Services Manager, CNM3 Grade.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic experienced Manager to lead and develop the Theatre Services Department.
As a Theatre Services Manager CNM3 Grade, you will drive excellence in patient safety, optimize operational efficiency within the Operating Theatre and empower a multidisciplinary team. You'll be instrumental in implementing quality improvement initiatives.


Applicants are expected to meet the following essential criteria:

* Currently registered as a Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
* 10 years plus clinical experience in an acute hospital
* Five years post registration in peri-operative nursing care
* A minimum 3 years in a CNM2 Grade in Theatre
* Recognised theatre course
* Theatre Nursing experience
* Evidence of continuing professional development
* Proven interpersonal and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proven leadership skills
* Strong IT skills e.g. Word, Excel
* Ability to drive changes to practice and work with the senior management team would be vital
