Role: Senior Speech & Language Therapist

Salary: €65,197- €76,767

TTM Healthcare are currently working with a leading disability service providing clinical supports and residential services to children with complex disability needs and their families in Limerick

You will be joining dynamic, family centred, interdisciplinary teams with excellent access to supervision and support. The successful candidates will required to work as part of an Interdisciplinary Team that provide services to 0-18 year old children and young persons with complex needs. The candidates will work in partnership with families within a family centred model.

Core Responsibilities:

• To provide a quality, evidence -based Speech and Language Therapy service to children with a primary intellectual disability, psycho-social, sensory and physical impairments in consultation with their families, carers and staff.
• To provide a Speech and Language Therapy service including assessment, intervention, programme planning, monitoring, consultation and/or onward referral services, as appropriate.
• To prioritise together with the Services Manager in order to optimise the quality, efficacy and equity of the service provided. To maintain a waiting list if/when necessary.
