Role: Social Worker – Team Lead x2

Job Type: Part-Time 17.5 hours , Permanent and Temporary posts

Salary: €72,407 - €83,520

TTM Healthcare is currently recruiting a Social Worker Team Leader to come and join one of Ireland's leading disabilities services. As a Social Worker Team Lead, you will provide a quality, evidence-based Social work service to adults and children with complex needs arising from a disability.Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will work within in a family-centred model. As a Team lead, you will be a support to the junior members as well as the Principal Social Worker.

1 - Part-time Permanent contract - Adult day services in Limerick with duties across Limerick and Tipperary.
2 - Part-time Temporary contract (12 months) - Children's disability services Limerick

Key Requirements:

• A NQSW or equivalent professional social worker qualifications.
• 3 years post qualification social worker experience with a depth and breadth of experience in services for people with a disability.
• Be registered with the Social Workers Professional Register (CORU) and have an active CPD Portfolio.
• Permit to work in Republic of Ireland.
• Full clean driving licence and use of a car.
• Demonstrate the ability to ensure high standards in the delivery of a quality social work service for people with a disability.
• Demonstrate skill in organising and planning
• Demonstrate the ability to provide leadership, supervision, and effective therapeutic intervention.
• Demonstrate initiative and innovation in identifying areas for service development and improvement.
• Display effective interpersonal and communication skills including skills in multidisciplinary working and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, supported individuals and families.
