Their programmes combine personalised care, education, and multidisciplinary therapies, all designed to support our young adults in developing and enhancing their skills enabling them to achieve their full potential.We are seeking a Manager who is ambitious and eager to grow with the organisation as plans for the future development are already underway. This is a role for someone who leads with heart, thinks strategically, and champions the rights, wellbeing, and potential of every individual they support.&nbsp;This is a full time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week and support a hybrid model once the employee has settled into the role. The Role<ul>
<li>Lead and support a skilled, values-driven team</li><li>Oversee daily operations with the CEO</li><li>Ensure high-quality, person-centred support</li><li>Work collaboratively with MDTs &amp; HSE DSOO</li><li>Support delivery of the Curriculum</li><li>Manage staff development, assessments &amp; reporting</li><li>Maintain compliance with New Directions &amp; legislation</li></ul>
You Are<ul>
<li>Degree (NFQ8) in a relevant discipline e.g., Education, Special Education, Social Care or Nursing</li><li>At least 5 years’ experience, ideally within the intellectual disability services, or in a similar role, including a minimum of 3 years' management experience.</li><li>Strong understanding of HSE’s New Directions and relevant regulatory/legislative requirements.</li><li>Excellent team leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire.</li><li>CORU registered.</li><li>Evidence of initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to change.</li><li>Strong communication, organisational and report writing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Commitment to person-centred, young person first approach.</li><li>Experience and/or proficiency in Augmentative and Alternative Communication. (AAC)</li><li>Experience working collaboratively with psychologists, behavioural therapists, SLTs, OTs physiotherapists and other professionals.</li><li>Confident in engaging and supporting parents/representatives.</li><li>A committed disability ally, advocating for the rights of people with disabilities.</li><li>Due to the nature of the role all applicants must be eligible to currently work in the Republic of Ireland and successfully complete the Garda Vetting Process.</li></ul>
