These roles involve providing person-centred, dignified care as part of a structured clinical team.Key Responsibilities • Assist residents with activities of daily living including mobility, personal care, nutrition and comfort • Promote independence, dignity, privacy and respect in all interactions • Support residents to engage in social, recreational and therapeutic activities • Observe, record and report changes in resident wellbeing to nursing staff • Contribute to a positive, safe and supportive care environment • Maintain accurate documentation in line with care plans and regulatory standardsRequirements • QQI Level 5 Award in Healthcare Support (or working toward completion) • Understanding of person-centred care principles • Reliable, compassionate and respectful approach to care • Ability to work effectively as part of a teamDesirable • Experience in residential, nursing home, intellectual disability or community support environments • Dementia care training or equivalent upskilling<h3>Remuneration</h3>Rates vary based on experience and setting.
