Band 3 Occupational Therapist Assistant
Overview -
Are you NVQ level III trained? Do you have a passion for helping people? Is so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! We're looking for a Band 3 Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our acute wards based at Lynfield Mount Hospital.

We work with individuals, their carers and our partners to ensure that people get the right care, in the right place with the right support.
About you
Ideally you will have:
  • NVQ III in care; QCF diploma level 3 or equivalent
  • Caring and working with people/children in a health care environment
  • Numeracy and literacy skills at level 2
  • Willingness to undergo job development and training
  • A basic knowledge/understanding of the mental health act
  • Ability to work independently demonstrating initiative, decision-making and prioritisation skills
  • Demonstrate safe decision-making skills commensurate with role
  • Experience of supervising others
